• You may not claim ownership of the design or system

3. Pricing and Payment

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal
• Prices include applicable taxes
• No refunds after digital delivery
• Refunds for printed cards follow our refund policy

4. Digital Content

• Digital files are delivered immediately after payment
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your download links
• We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or software

5. Printed Materials

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Quality of printed materials may vary slightly from digital preview
• Shipping costs are calculated based on destination

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to designs, logos, and software, is the property of Bingo Musical and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our service.
