Digital Products

For digital bingo cards:

  • Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if you haven't downloaded the cards
  • No refunds are available after downloading the digital files
  • Technical support is provided for download issues

Printed Products

For printed bingo cards:

  • Full refund available if order is cancelled before printing
  • Partial refund (minus printing costs) if order is cancelled after printing but before shipping
  • Refunds for damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Return shipping costs are covered by us for damaged items
  • Replacement cards will be sent for damaged deliveries

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team at info@tubingomusical.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for refund
  3. Attach photos if reporting damaged items
  4. Wait for our response within 24-48 business hours

Processing Time

  • Digital product refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Printed product refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy or show signs of abuse of our refund system.
